Just about any non-profit can participate! Churches, schools, environmental conservation groups, human rights, hunger relief, animal welfare, health-related causes and many more.

What products and services are sold on Phones for Good.com?
We're very focused. Cellular phones and service plans is about it! We also sell wireless data cards (air cards) for laptops. We sell all National Wireless Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Nextel and T-Mobile.
How do I place an order through Phones for Good.com?
After choosing which organization you'd like to receive the benefit from your purchase, simply click the "Shop Now" button to enter the store. Find the phone and plan that works best for you, then check out. It's that easy! Alternatively, you can always click on the 'Order by Phone' button inside the store and one of our friendly sales agents will be happy to assist you.
How are my orders shipped?
After your order is processed, it's shipped to you via FedEx 2nd Business Day. Phone shipments may require your signature for delivery, for added security. With processing and shipping time, it typically takes 2-3 business days.
How can I find the status of my order?
Our custom web tracking tool makes it easy. Simply click on the 'order status' link above to get an update. You'll need your order number to log into the website, which is emailed to you at the time you initially place your order.
How much does my organization get paid for selling each phone
For a new activation (meaning you are not just renewing or extending an existing contact), your organization is paid $40.00 for the first phone or $50.00 for family plans (2 or more lines on the order). If you are simply renewing an existing or previous contract with your current wireless carrier, your organization is paid $20.00, regardless of number of lines on the plan. In every situation, you'll receive a fantastic deal!
How is the money paid to my organization used?
Phones for Good.com has no say in this matter. Your organization can use the money they receive however it sees fit.
When does my organization get paid?
Organizations are paid after the end of each calendar quarter. Payments are not issued for amounts less than $100.00 for any given quarter. If the amount owed to your organization at the end of a quarter is less than $100.00, that amount will simply roll forward into the next quarter until the $100.00 threshold is met.
How can I help my organization sell more?
Help spread the word! You can use the Tell a Friend tab above or even send an email yourself with a link to this site. There are also buttons, graphics and a flyer available on the Marketing Materials page. The more people about this program, the more your organization will benefit!
Can my family and friends buy through Phones for Good.com even if they live far away from my organization?
Yes! Aunt Edna in Chicago can buy a phone and plan that works for her locally, and benefit your organization in Seattle! There is no requirement a customer must live in the same geographic region as the organization they would like to benefit from their purchase.
If I buy my phone(s) through Phones for Good.com, can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Absolutely! As part of the check out process, you'll be asked if you'd like to keep your existing phone number. This is actually quite simple.
Is buying cell phones online safe?
Absolutely! More than 5 million cell phones are purchased via the Internet each year, and this number is growing fast! Our secure ordering systems make ordering online fast and safe.
Are my purchases through Phones for Good.com tax deductable by the IRS?
The payments to each organization are more of 'commissions' than donations, though we're not qualified to give tax advice. Please check with your tax advisor for more details. Regardless, your organization receives this great benefit, and you get a great deal!
How can my organization participate in the Phones for Good.com program?
